About Brennan Liming
USATF Certified Coach
Coach Brennan Liming, also known affectionately by her nickname, "B", is a USATF Certified Coach with over 20 years of experience coaching athletes.
As a former collegiate runner with over 35 years of competitive running experience, Brennan has continued to successfully run and compete in triathlons at the national level throughout her career.
Raised in a family of runners, Brennan has always been immersed in the running lifestyle. Her husband, Doug, was her college teammate, and together they are raising their own family with a shared love of the sport. Both of their teenage sons are competitive runners, one in high school and the other at UNC-Chapel Hill. As a family, running is an integral part of their daily lives.
Brennan now shares her knowledge and experience by mentoring and coaching runners and triathletes of all levels. She finds the most fulfilling aspect of coaching is witnessing the athletes she works with achieve their goals. Brennan truly believes that running can solve anything and that it is an easily adaptable hobby for a balanced lifestyle.
